Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju Engineering College (S.R.K.R.E.C) is one of the oldest seminaries established in 1980's to provide a better quality technical education. It is a co-educational college registered under the section of 3(f) of the U.G.C. Act and eligible to receive central assistance under 12(b)of U.G.C. and recognised by A.I.C.T.E. The college is affiliated to J.N.T.U Kakinada and S.R.K.R attained autunomous status and accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade, scoring 3.6 on 4 point scale.It is the highest score and stood 1stin the private college engineering colleges in India.The institute secured 85st Rank aas evaluated by National Institutional Ranking Framework(NIRF),MHRD,Go vt. of India. We are proud to say that,it is the only private engineering college from Andhra Pradesh listed among the top 100 academic institutions in India. The college is recognised as a Research Centre by Scientific and Industrial Research Organization(SIRO), DSIR, New Delhi. It is the only college recognised as Research Centre by Andhra University for pursing PH.D programs.
